List homes for sale, for rent and short lets at no cost. No listing fee, no subscription and nothing to pay before your listing goes live.
The only charge is on short lets that take bookings online: a 5% commission on each paid stay, taken from the host's payout.
What It Costs
Every listing type is free to list. Short lets pay a commission only on stays booked and paid online.
For sale

Short let
Free to list
Listing a short let is free. When you take bookings online, Cabans takes a 5% commission on each paid stay, from your payout.
Short Lets Booked Online
Short lets take bookings online by default. Switch off "Take bookings online" to stop new bookings. Add your bank account so we can pay you; you can take bookings before adding it.
Commission
5% of each paid stay
Taken from your payout for the stay. Nothing to pay up front, and nothing on stays that are not booked online.
- Guests pay online, in naira, through Paystack. The guest pays Paystack's fee, so it does not come out of your money.
- You are paid within 7 days after the stay, and sooner when the guest approves the payment after their trip.

Is it free to list a property on Cabans?
Yes. Listing a home for sale, for rent or as a short let is free. There is no listing fee and no subscription, and nothing to pay before your listing goes live.
Do you charge commission when a property is sold or rented?
No, not for sales or long-term rentals. Enquiries come straight to you, and any deal you agree is yours. The only commission is on short-let stays booked and paid online on Cabans.
What does Cabans charge for short lets?
Listing a short let is free. If you take bookings online, Cabans takes a 5% commission on each paid stay. It comes out of your payout, so you never pay anything up front.
Do I have to take bookings online for my short let?
No. Short-let bookings are on by default. Switch off "Take bookings online" to stop new bookings. Guests can still contact you from the listing, and enquiries carry no commission.
Do listings expire?
No. Your listing stays live until you archive it, the property is let or sold, or you remove it.
