Can I book a short let on Cabans online?
Yes, when the home has a booking box with dates and a price. Pick your dates, press "Reserve", then pay through Paystack.
Do I need an account?
You can look at dates and prices without one. You need to sign in to reserve.
How do I pay?
Through Paystack, in naira (₦): by card, bank transfer or USSD. Paystack adds a small fee on top, shown before you pay. Or pick Pay later, then pay within 2 hours.
Can I cancel?
Yes, for free, until the host’s free-cancellation time. You get back everything you paid for the stay, caution deposit too. If you book after that time has passed, you cannot cancel. We show you this before you pay.
Is the caution deposit refundable?
Yes. A caution deposit is money you pay in case something gets damaged. After you leave, the host checks the home and gives it back. A host can only keep some of it if our team decides so.
How do I start hosting?
Use a business profile. List your home as a "Short Let" and give it a price. Then check that "Take bookings online" is ticked.
