Houses for Rent in Lekki

About Houses for Rent in Lekki

Lekki is Lagos' fastest-growing upscale neighbourhood, stretching along the Atlantic coastline from Victoria Island toward Ajah. Phase 1 is the most established, with mature estates, supermarkets, gyms, and 24-hour generator estates. Typical 2-bedroom flats range from ₦2m–₦5m per annum; luxury duplexes in Phase 1 reach ₦10m+. PHCN power supply is intermittent — most estates supplement with diesel generators and increasingly solar backup. The Lekki–Epe Expressway is the main artery and experiences heavy congestion during peak hours; journeys to Victoria Island at 8am typically take 45–90 minutes. Flood risk is real in lower-lying parts during June–September rainy season — ask about estate drainage before signing a lease. Good school options include Chrisland, Greenwood House School, and Lagos Business School (nearby in Ajah).
