Abuja (FCT) › Lugbe
Lugbe is in Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), on the Airport Road south-west of Abuja city centre. People use the name for a broad residential area of established layouts, estates and streets along this corridor, rather than for one uniform housing development.
FHA Lugbe, Trademore Estate and CRD City are useful estate names when narrowing a search. Homes include bungalows, terraces, flats and larger houses, with the mix depending on the particular layout. Use the estate entrance and exact street to locate a property and check how it connects to Airport Road.
Lugbe can suit households travelling along the airport corridor and people comparing estate housing outside the city centre. The journey to work, shops or school depends on the access road as well as traffic on the expressway. Before renting, inspect drainage, wet-season access, water supply, backup power and the services included in any estate charges.
