Abuja (FCT) › Pyakasa
Pyakasa is in Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), in the wider Lugbe area along Airport Road, formally the Umaru Musa Yar'Adua Expressway. Pyakasa Junction is the usual reference point in directions, and some addresses use the Pyakasa name for streets well inside the community, so ask for the exact layout and a map pin.
Access inside the community has been a long-running problem. Local reports have described rough roads and a damaged bridge on the access route in the rainy season, while AMAC has rehabilitated some access roads. The Kabusa-Ketti road, opened in 2025, connects Pyakasa with Kabusa and Ketti.
Pyakasa can suit households who want to live on the Airport Road side of the city, near Lugbe. Before renting or buying, drive the full route from the junction to the property, ideally after rain, and check drainage, water supply and power backup at the home. Buyers should compare the allocation and survey plan with the plot on the ground.

Pyakasa Junction
Pyakasa Junction is the name most directions use for the way into the community. It tells you where to turn, not where a property is: ask for the layout and street, and check the condition of the road from the junction to the home, including any bridge or culvert on the route.
