For property businesses in Nigeria
Your free real estate website: listings, enquiries and bookings on one page
Give buyers, tenants and short-let guests one place to start. Your Cabans store page brings your business identity and live listings together, so you can share a property website without commissioning a separate build.
The address is cabans.ng/store/{id}/{business-name} Your business name is in the link, with the store's number. There is no custom domain, and the design is Cabans' own.
Start with a free property listingWhat your store page holds
Think of the page as the front door to your listings. A logo and banner introduce your business. Below that, the catalogue brings your live properties together. A visitor chooses a property to read its details, enquire or, for a bookable short let, choose dates.
Your name, logo and banner together
- The problem
- A forwarded property photo may reach someone without the seller’s identity or any context.
- On Cabans
- Your public store page puts your business name, logo and banner above the catalogue in the Cabans design.
- The result
- People who open the link can connect the property information with the business presenting it. They should still check identity and authority before a transaction.
Every live listing in one catalogue
- The problem
- Sending separate links for each flat or house makes it hard for a prospect to compare your available properties.
- On Cabans
- The store page groups your live listings. You can edit, pause or archive individual listings as the stock changes.
- The result
- You can share one business link while visitors choose the property that fits their location, space and deal type.
An agent profile beside the property
- The problem
- A buyer may recognise the property photos but not know which agency is presenting the home.
- On Cabans
- Your agent profile appears on the listing that the visitor opens from your store page.
- The result
- The visitor can connect the specific property and enquiry with your agency. The profile supports identification; it does not replace checks on authority or the property.
Enquiries reach your inbox
- The problem
- A brochure page can leave an interested buyer or tenant unsure how to ask about a particular property.
- On Cabans
- The visitor opens a listing from your store and sends an enquiry to your Cabans inbox, tied to that property.
- The result
- You can answer with the relevant details and arrange the viewing yourself or through your team. Cabans is the marketplace; it does not conduct the viewing or let the property for you.
A route from your page to a short-let booking
- The problem
- A social post cannot keep track of a guest’s chosen dates or payment.
- On Cabans
- Guests open your bookable short-let listing from the store catalogue, select dates and pay online. Bookings are on by default; choose instant book or answer requests.
- The result
- Your shared business page leads into the booking flow. Keep the property’s calendar correct and read the payment terms before accepting stays.

For estate agents
Share your agency's available homes and land under one business identity. Each listing carries its property details and agent profile, so a buyer can move from the business page to the right enquiry.
Plan your estate agent website and keep your authority to advertise each property clear.
For landlords
Present a vacant house or a group of rental units without building a separate site. Tell prospective tenants what is available, what is included and how to contact you.
Use the free landlord tools for the paperwork. You or your agent handle applicant checks, viewings and the tenancy agreement.
For short-let hosts
Let a guest compare your short lets from one link. For online bookings, the guest continues into the chosen listing's dates and booking flow; keep photos, rules and availability accurate.
Compare a short-let website with a booking platform before paying for a separate build.
Know what you are choosing
The store page and standard listings are free. You do not receive an independent website, a custom domain or control over the page design. If you need a particular layout, your own code or a domain you own, a separate website may suit that requirement. It can still link to your Cabans listings.
Cabans does not offer iCal or calendar sync, a channel manager, a pipeline CRM, POS or housekeeping rotas. If you advertise short lets elsewhere, update availability yourself. Compare those needs before treating a public business page as your complete operations system.
Published store pages with a name and at least one live listing are listed in the store sitemap for search engines. That helps discovery; it does not guarantee crawling, indexing, ranking or an enquiry. Accurate original listing details are still your responsibility.
Short-let bookings have separate payment terms. Read how booking payments and protection work before deciding whether the booking flow fits your business.

Frequently asked questions
What is my free property website address?
Your public business page uses cabans.ng/store/{id}/{business-name}. Your business name is in the link alongside a numeric store ID. It is a page on Cabans, with Cabans’ own design, rather than a separate site on your own domain.
Can I connect a custom domain or choose a website template?
No. Cabans does not provide a custom domain or a choice of independent website templates. You can add your business identity, logo and banner to the store page within the Cabans design.
Is the business page free for agents and landlords?
Yes. Your business page and standard property listings are free. You do not have a separate hosting or domain renewal bill for the Cabans store page. Read the separate payment terms if you take short-let bookings.
Will the page show all of my live listings?
The store catalogue brings your live listings together under your business identity. Give each property its own accurate listing and update, pause or archive it when availability changes.
Does a store page guarantee that my business appears on Google?
No. Published, named store pages with at least one live listing are included in the store sitemap, which helps search engines discover their canonical URLs. Search engines decide whether to crawl, index and rank a page.
Can guests book a short let from my property website?
Guests can open a short-let listing from the store catalogue, choose dates and book online when that listing is bookable. Online bookings are on by default. You choose instant book or answering requests, keep the calendar current and follow the booking payment terms.
