Lekki is one of Nigeria's most active short let markets with strong demand from business travellers, corporate relocations, and domestic leisure guests. Furnished apartments in Lekki Phase 1 can charge more a night than similar homes in Chevron and VGC; 24-hour power, a good finish and busy dates such as December let you charge more. Key listing tip: 24/7 power supply is the single most important guest filter — specify this clearly and first. Include WiFi speed, air conditioning, kitchen equipment, and proximity to Phase 1 gate or Chevron roundabout. Guests frequently book for corporate visits and weekend staycations. Minimum stay of 2–3 nights is standard. A video walkthrough significantly increases booking enquiries. Hosts should clearly state pricing per night vs weekly and caution deposit requirement.
