Land for Sale in Lekki

About Land for Sale in Lekki

Lekki is one of Lagos' most active land investment markets, with consistent capital appreciation driven by strong corporate demand and continued infrastructure investment. Land in Lekki Phase 1 rarely comes to market below ₦80m per plot; Phase 2 and the Chevron corridor offer plots from ₦30m–₦100m. The Lekki–Epe Expressway expansion and Second Lekki Bridge development continue to support appreciation. Flood risk in lower-lying areas is a real consideration — confirm drainage assessments before purchase. Title verification is essential: the Eti-Osa corridor has layered community, family, and statutory title history. Insist on C of O from the Lagos State Lands Bureau and verify boundary survey plans with a registered surveyor. Beware of plots sold on informal family consent without documented statutory title.
