What sets the price of an Ikoyi shortlet
We do not print price ranges here, because each host sets their own and prices change by date. These are the things that move the price:
| Size | A 1-bedroom flat costs less than a 3-bedroom or a whole house. |
| The building | A pool, gym, lift, parking, steady power and a front desk all add to what a home can charge. |
| The view | A lagoon view often costs more than a home facing the street. |
| Your dates | Hosts can set higher prices for busy days, such as holidays and December. The calendar shows each night's price. |
| How long you stay | Some hosts give a discount or free nights for longer stays. |
| Fees and deposit | A cleaning fee is added once per stay. The caution deposit comes back after you leave. |

Serviced apartment or shortlet in Ikoyi?
People search for both. A serviced apartment usually comes with services such as regular cleaning and a front desk. A shortlet is any furnished home you rent by the night. Some shortlets are serviced, and some are not.
On Cabans you book both the same way, and you can ask the host for a cleaner or fresh towels from your stay page during the stay. For corporate stays, see serviced apartments in Lagos.
