How to see your rent payouts

Step by step

   Step 1: Open "Rent collection" and press "Payouts".

   This page lists online rent payments and transfers to your payout bank account. It is separate from the tenancy payment ledger.

   Step 2: Use "Manage payout bank account" if the page asks you to.

   Add your store’s payout bank account if none is on file. If your bank details await review, the payout waits for an approved account.

   Step 3: Choose "Payout status" to filter the list.

   Leave "All statuses" to see every payout. The list can show "Pending", "Due" or "Paid", based on each payout’s status.

   Step 4: Read the payout amount and the "Due" or "Paid" line.

   Press the property name to open its tenancy. Check that you are looking at the right property and payment.

   Step 5: Check "Transfer reference" when it is shown.

   The Cabans team records this reference when sending your payout. Use it to help match the transfer with your bank records.

How rent reaches you

You receive the full amount paid towards the rent charge. The tenant pays a processing fee on top of rent, shown before they pay.

The Cabans team sends the payout after the online payment is confirmed. It goes to your store’s payout bank account.

A payout waits until an approved bank account is on file. Check the page for its current status.

If the list is empty

"No rent payouts yet" means no online rent payouts are listed. Online payments appear once the payment is confirmed.
