How to order extras and pay your bill

Step by step

   Step 1: Make sure you are fully checked in.

   The shop opens once your host completes your check-in.

   Step 2: Open your stay and find "Shop for your stay".

   It shows what your host sells, with a photo and a price.

   Step 3: Press "Add to basket" on what you want.

   Want another one? Press "Add more".

   Step 4: Open your basket.

   Each extra says "Delivered to your stay". Delivery is free.

   Step 5: Pay at checkout with "Pay now with Paystack".

   A box called "Pay for your extras" opens. You do not type an address. Your host brings your extras to the home.

   Step 6: Pay any bill from your host in "My bill".

   Open "My bill" on your stay page. Press the "Pay" button next to the bill. A box called "Pay your bill" opens.

   Good to know: Paystack adds a small fee on top. The box shows it as "Paystack fee (paid by you)" before you pay.

   

   

   

The smallest bill you can pay

A bill must be at least ₦1,000 (one thousand naira).

A smaller bill cannot be paid. Add more extras, or ask your host.

What is in "My bill"?

Your booking itself is not on "My bill". You paid for it when you booked.

• Extras you ordered.
• Things your host adds. They say "Added to your bill by your host".
• Money for new dates. It says "Date change".
• Extra nights, when you extend your stay. They say "Stay extension".
• Paid bills. They say "Paid" and have a "View receipt" link.

Good to know

• Extras cannot share a basket with a stay that is still on hold.
• After you leave, extras cannot be brought to you. Remove them from your basket.
• You may see "A payment for this bill is being processed." Wait, and do not pay again.
